OLD basic webcomic tutorial: Getting your comic online

NOTE: I'll be merging the still-relevant content here with the newer tutorials. See http://robhamm.com/tutorials-and-essays/website-building-and-administrat... if you're looking for how to actually build a webcomic site.

I put together this old stuff (hurriedly) a long time ago in order to have a place to which I could direct people who had been asking me how to go about getting their comics online.

Keep in mind that this is not a writing or drawing tutorial. This tutorial assumes that you can already tell a story using sequential art and text. This tutorial deal exclusively with the nuts and bolts of getting your comic online and maybe promoting it and making a couple of dollars with it.

New to this

I have my comics already drawn with mechanical pencils. I'm going to read the tutorials provided here.
